- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan.
Add the garlic and sauté for about half a minute.
Add 1 more tablespoon of butter and the Brussels sprouts.
Cover and cook until golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes.
Flip the Brussels sprouts, add the remaining butter, cover again and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 3 minutes more.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper and enjoy.
