Ingredients
- 5 chicken legs
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup of tea water
- Salt Pepper
- 1 cube of chicken
- 1 tbsp cornflour with a little water
Implementation

Place the chicken in the pan and season with the salt and pepper, oregano, rosemary and thyme and toss together with your hands.

Add the garlic, lemon and water, cover and simmer for 3 hours.

Remove the chicken, lemon and garlic and pour the cubed chicken and cornflour into the juice.
step 4
Mix well until you get the desired consistency for your sauce.

Garnish the chicken with the sauce and serve with vegetables.
