Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 2/3 cup tea yogurt
- 1 cups tea flour that swells on its own

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and lightly grease the special muffin tins.

Place the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the bananas.

Add the flour slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
