Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup tea yogurt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup tea
- 1/4 cup tea milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 1/2 fl. tea whole wheat flour
- 1 3/4 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs lightly.

Add the yogurt and beat again until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Pour in the maple syrup, milk and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.

Add the carrots, wholemeal flour, baking powder and cinnamon on top of the wet ingredients.
step 6
Using a spatula, mix all ingredients until well combined.
step 7
Divide the mixture into the muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
