Recipe for Oatmeal Muffins

  • 1 μπανάνα
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup tea
  • 1/2 cup tea yogurt
  • 11/2 cup tea oats
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • Salt, to taste


step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

step 2

Mash the banana with a fork in a large bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix.

step 3

Pour the rest of the solid ingredients into the bowl and mix.

step 4

Place the mixture in the special forms for muffins, filling each one by 2/3.

step 5

Garnish with oats, or any garnish of your choice, and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
