Ingredients
- Flour for all uses
- Ready pizza dough
- 1 cup teaspoon grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup tea sauce for pizza
- 1/3 cup sliced mini pepperoni tea
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano (optional)
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Lightly sprinkle a clean surface with flour, roll out the pizza dough and cut into 8 squares. Roll out each muffin tin with the dough by pressing the square of dough into the bottom and all around.

Pour 1/2 cup of the grated mozzarella into the dough pans (about 1 tablespoon each). Pour 1/2 cup of pizza sauce on top of the cheese and fill with half the amount of pepperoni. Repeat the process with the cheese and pepperoni.

Bake until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted, for 16 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle the pizza cupcakes with red pepper flakes and dried oregano, optional.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes, remove from the muffin tins and serve hot.
