Ingredients
- 2 bagels
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup tea tomato sauce or marinade
- 1 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella tea
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, sliced olives, sliced mushrooms, sliced or diced onions, diced tomatoes
- Optional garnishes: fresh basil leaves, grated parmesan, red pepper flakes
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Spread a greaseproof paper on a baking tray, cut the bagels in half and place them on the baking tray with the cut side up.

Spread with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and bake until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes and remove from the oven.

Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce or marinade sauce on each half of the bagel, spreading to the edges and add 1/3 cup grated mozzarella to each separately. Cover with the raw materials of your choice.

Return the pan to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and browned in places, for 2 to 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil, grated parmesan and / or red pepper flakes if desired.
