Ingredients

  • 1 cups teaspoon cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 250 gr. baby mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup tea olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 fl. tea fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic cream

Implementation

Place the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, pesto, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a salad bowl and mix well.

Garnish with the avocados and basil leaves.

Drizzle with the balsamic cream and taste. Add more salt or pepper, if needed, and serve immediately.
