Ingredients
- 1 cups teaspoon cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 250 gr. baby mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup tea olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 fl. tea fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic cream

Place the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, pesto, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a salad bowl and mix well.

Garnish with the avocados and basil leaves.

Drizzle with the balsamic cream and taste. Add more salt or pepper, if needed, and serve immediately.
