Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet about 700 g.
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- Olive oil
Implementation
step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and lightly grease a baking tray.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, garlic, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

On a cutting board wipe the salmon with dry paper.
step 4
Transfer the salmon to the pan and brush with the mustard mixture.
step 5
Bake for 14 minutes, turn on the other side and continue baking for another 5 minutes or so.
step 6
Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
