Recipe for Crispy Shrimps with Garlic and Parmesan

Serve with pasta or salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo of large shrimps
  • 1 cup grated toast with tea
  • 1 cup teaspoon grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spread a little oil on a glass pyrex.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan, parsley and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix ingredients well. Add the shrimp and toss until coated on all sides.

Place the shrimp flat on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumb mixture in the bag and drizzle with the melted butter.

Bake in preheated oven until shrimp begin to crisp, 15 to 20 minutes.
