Recipe for Velvet Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • 400 gr. strawberries
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup tea cream (cold)
  • Extra strawberries for coating

Implementation

step 1

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Put in the blender or in a food processor, add the sugar and beat until you get a puree. Remove 1/2 cup of tea from the strawberry puree and set aside.

step 2

In a cold bowl, add the cream and beat until tight peaks form. Then add the strawberry puree (not 1/2 cup) and mix gently.

step 3

Divide 1/2 cup of strawberry puree into 4 small / medium glasses of dessert and pour the strawberry mousse on top. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or even overnight if desired.

step 4

Garnish with slices of fresh strawberries and enjoy.
