Ingredients
- 450 gr. pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion cut into cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth tea
- 3 cup of tea water
- 4 cups of broccoli tea
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup tea milk
- 2 cups of grated cheddar tea
- Salt Pepper
Implementation
step 1
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper and let the chicken brown on one side.
step 2
Turn the chicken and then add the onions and garlic, until the other side is browned.
step 3
Once the chicken is well browned on both sides, add the chicken broth, water and the pasta to the pot.
step 4
Mix all the ingredients, cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. When the water starts to boil, uncover and stir. Lower the heat, stir, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
step 5
Uncover and add the broccoli and stir constantly as the broccoli steams until the remaining liquids evaporate.
step 6
Add the milk and cheddar cheese and mix until the cheese is melted and you have a smooth cheese sauce.
step 7
Add salt and pepper (to taste), cayenne and nutmeg. Stir once more and then serve.
