  5. We must have a soft dough. If it is hard, add a little wine and a little oil. Knead the raisins inside, so that they spread evenly.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  7. Grease the pan with oil and put the dough inside. We press it with the palms to spread evenly. It must be 1½ finger high, because when baking it will double.
  8. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and cut into square or baklava pieces.
  9. Bake the lagana and after half an hour lower the temperature to 160 ° C, until it is completely cooked. Bake for a total of about 45 minutes.
