White wine gives a delicate taste to this liqueur but also a finer color. A nice suggestion for wine is the highly aromatic Moschofilero.

Procedure
- To make orange liqueur with brandy and wine, first, we wash the oranges and with a sharp knife we remove the peel by cutting it into strips, taking care not to cut the white part together.
- Put the peels together with the brandy in the white wine and leave them for 1 month.
- Strain well and add the sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Then we fill bottles with orange liqueur and close it airtight.
