Tiramisu with melomakarona that you could not eat

Ingredients

• 180 gr. butter
• 1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder
• 450 gr. melomakarona
• 500 gr. mascarpone cheese
• 50 gr. granulated sugar
• 160 gr. powdered sugar
• 4 eggs (yolks and whites separately)
• Cocoa for garnish

Implementation

Beat the melomakarona in a food processor and empty them into a bowl. Melt the butter and dissolve the coffee powder, pour the mixture into the melomakarona and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and leave in the fridge.

For the cream, mix the mascarpone and powdered sugar in a mixer until the mixture is soft. Add the yolks one by one and continue beating. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar and once the meringue texture is created, pour the mixture into the one with the mascarpone and mix well.

Spread the cream over the melomakarona and place the dessert in the fridge for several hours before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy.
