The "lazy" cake

Ingredients

  • 350 gr. cookies of your choice (preferably chocolate)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups tea milk

Implementation

  1. Separate the cookies from the filling (if you choose stuffed) and crumble them until they look like powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the baking soda.
  3. Add the milk and the filling from the cookies (if you use stuffing) and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
  4. Lightly grease a small cooking utensil (pan or saucepan) and place a piece of oil paste.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and place it on another pan or griddle over the heat.
  6. Bake on low heat for about 40 minutes. Check with a toothpick that the cake is baked.
  7. Turn the pan over on a plate or cutting board to remove the cake from the inside.
  8. If you throw a coating, let the cake cool well first.
