Ingredients
- 36 cookies with chocolate filling
- 220 g cream cheese
- 350 gr. melted white chocolate

Crush the cookies in a food processor until they become a powder, keeping aside about 2 tablespoons for garnish.

Place the grated cookies in a bowl and mix with the cream cheese until you get a uniform mixture.

Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Form the mixture into truffles and dip them in the melted white chocolate until they are coated on all sides.

Sprinkle with the grated cookies before the chocolate cools and enjoy.
