- 450 gr. cream cheese, soft
- 450 gr. freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 170 gr. dried cranberries
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated cheddar, garlic and worchestire sauce.
Form the mixture with your hands into balls the size of a dessert spoon.
Place the cheese balls in a pan (lined with oil paste to prevent them from sticking) and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
Just before serving, roll the balls in the cranberries or garnish of your choice.
