The classic recipe, for our favorite traditional appetizer that you can accompany with meat you desire and with Greek pies!

Components
- 400 gr. yoghurt
- 2 cucumbers, grated and well drained
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 and others olive oil
- Salt
- Dry mint
For serving
Execution method.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and add all the ingredients.
- Mix with a spoon and serve with Greek pies and souvlaki!
Tzatziki sauce made with yoghurt, cucumbers and fresh mint is a classic. Serve with kebabs, chips, or warm pita bread.

Ingredients
- 400g strained yogurt (Greek or otherwise)
- 2 cucumbers, grated and drained
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced fine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Dry mint

Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Serve, or (preferably) cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight (The flavors combine better if given time).
- Great served with Greek pita bread and souvlaki, or as a dip!
