Ingredients
- 7 large eggs
- 1/2 kg ground sausage
- 1 bunch of chopped green onion
- 2 cloves of garlic melted
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt Pepper
- A little flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Implementation
step 1
Boil the 5 eggs in a saucepan for five minutes.

Remove from hot water and place in a bowl of water and ice to cool.

Place the minced sausage in a bowl and mix with the spring onion, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.

Shape the minced meat into burgers and wrap the eggs.

Beat the remaining 2 eggs in a bowl and place the breadcrumbs and flour in different dishes.

Beat the minced eggs wrapped in the sausage in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the toast.

Repeat for each egg.

Heat the oil and fry each egg for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Place the fried eggs in a pan and bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
