Components

• 500 gr. ripe, frozen strawberries
• 2 ripe, frozen bananas
• 200 gr. cream cheese, low fat
• 100 gr. strained yogurt, low in fat
• 2 and others honey
• 1 and others lemon juice

Execution method

• Put the strawberries, the bananas in a food processor and at the same time add the rest of the ingredients. Beat them all together for 4-5 minutes, until smooth.
• Serve immediately or pour the mixture into a rectangular pan and spread evenly. Place in the freezer for a few hours to freeze.
• Once it is ready, leave it at room temperature for a few minutes to soften and enjoy.

• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

• Place frozen strawberries and bananas in a food processor and add the remaining ingredients.
• Process for 4-5 minutes until nice and creamy.
• Serve it right away as soft serve ice cream, or freeze it in an airtight container for a couple of hours to firm up. If frozen hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
