Hot chocolate drink with brandy

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

  • 3 cup tea milk
  • 2 cups tea light cream
  • 3/4 cup teaspoon chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped health chocolate tea
  • 1/4 cup tea cocoa powder without sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. grated cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup brandy tea
  • Cinnamon sticks for serving (optional)


  1. Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the milk and sour cream.
  2. Leave until it reaches boiling point.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the remaining ingredients, except the cinnamon sticks.
  4. Using a cooking wire, stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Serve in cups with a ladle and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
  6. You can add a little frothed milk or whipped cream (optional).
