Components
· 2 large coulombs
· 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
· 80 ml olive oil
· 3 tbsp. flour
· 200 ml of water
· 4 tbsp. vinegar
· Salt
Execution method
· We clean the koulumbres, we wash them and we cut them into cubes. Put the cubes together with a few leaves in a saucepan. Add water and salt and boil for 10-15 minutes. Put the koulumbres in a colander to drain, leaving a little juice.
· In a frying pan add the olive oil and fry the garlic.
· Add the garlic frying pan to the boiled koulumbres.
Dissolve the flour in water (200 ml) and put it in the cups. Add the vinegar and salt and stir for 2-3 minutes on high heat until it becomes a porridge.
Turn off the heat and stir for a while. Serve with bread.
