A priest caused havoc with his dance at a wedding in Crete. In particular, Father Alexandros will be unforgettable to the newlyweds and the guests with his skills in Cretan dances.

The priest stole the show

The wedding took place on Saturday July 16, in the village square, father Alexandros, who is in the sorrows but also in the joys of his fellow villagers, danced with the bride, stealing the show with his skills in traditional Cretan dances. The wedding takes place in the Holy Church of Agios Antonios, while it followed traditional feast in the village square, with the band of Grigoris Samolis and Demosthenes Tsakalakis.

The papa's dance sent everyone into a frenzy with guests filming videos, one of which went viral within hours, with views and likes climbing steadily.

"When the father of the village is a miracle worker!!", is the description of the video that is making the rounds on the internet with Father Alexandros who danced... that's right, the man from Malevizio with the bride.

Who is Father Alexander?

Father Alexandros belongs to the priests who have stood out for their action and contribution to fellow human beings.

He always participates in all the actions of the village and especially where the fellow villagers are in need and always tries to provide solutions. Always studious and unselfish, he toils ceaselessly for his flock, guiding and encouraging sick people. There are not a few times when his parish organizes visits to prisons, institutions, poor families. Visits made for moral, psychological, financial support and food supply.

Even though the village does not have thousands of inhabitants, Father Alexandros at the age of 58 does not stop fighting for the good of the parishioners.

It is very important for a village, a parish, that the priest is the person who will be interested in all the happenings of the village, but above all for the inhabitants of the village. Saint Paraskies have such a priest.
