Caretaker/three Construction Site
Qualifications:
Necessary qualification previous experience beyond 3 years (at least 2 years in Cyprus).
Job description:
Study and understanding of all the plans and requirements of the project
Monitoring the project schedule and identifying critical tasks
To organize and perform all the tasks indicated by the Engineer
To use correctly and effectively the world and the machines provided to it
To monitor the consumption of materials
To be able to calculate the materials that will be needed to proceed with the order, always after consultation with his / her Engineer.
To assist in the effective implementation of Safety and Health of the construction site
Supervision of the world under his / her supervision, organization of works and monitoring of production of techniques
To install altitudes with the Level after consultation with the engineer
To complete the project diary, regarding the workforce and the machines under his / her supervision as well as the job they are working on.
Confirm that the workforce under his / her supervision will have in his / her possession all the necessary tools / machines that may be needed the next day as well as the means of personal protection.
Effective consultation and coordination with potential Subcontractors.
Agree with his / her Engineer before starting any work on the methodology to be followed but also on the safety measures to be taken.
Maintains good working relationships with the Customer / Engineer and his / her staff
Generally, any other tasks have been assigned by the construction manager / project manager.
