Hot liquids or food in a blender with the lid closed can be dangerous. The liquid may swell and the heat of the products will create steam, leading to high pressure inside the blender. At one point, everything could explode throughout your kitchen, causing damage not only to the kitchen itself, but also leaving burns.

This directly affects your health. A good wash of meat will not kill the bacteria that may be on top of it. Instead, you will rinse it and fill it with bacteria everywhere such as in the sink, counters, tables. This increases the risk of getting sick. The heat from the pan or oven is more than enough to get rid of bacteria.

It is best to avoid preparing foods such as tomatoes or citrus fruits in non-stick pans. The reason is that they are very acidic and when they come in contact with the surface of the pan, they destroy it and wear it out faster. You can use a different pan or a suitable pot.

The surface is so dense and heavy that when the knife hits, it will clog in no time. There are many different options available in the market. For example, a good wooden cutting board or even plastic will allow your knives to last longer.

This way you risk blocking it. The peels contain a lot of starch that can accumulate and turn into a thick pulp that can clog everything. Also, artichoke leaves and carrot peels should not be discarded there as they have hard fibers and can clog and damage the discard blades. It is better to collect everything and just throw it in the trash.
