The President of the National Assembly of Hungary Mr László Kövér visited the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Famagusta in Deryneia yesterday afternoon.
He was welcomed the Mayor Mr. Simos Ioannou with a delegation of the Municipal Council.
Mr Kövér is leading a delegation consisting of the Vice-President of the Hungary-Cyprus Friendship Group to the Hungarian National Assembly, Mr Zsolt Csenger-Zalán, and high-ranking officials. The delegation is accompanied by the Ambassador of Hungary to Cyprus, based in Athens, Mr. Eric Haupt.
