The residents of the community of Avgoros were excluded for 5 whole hours without electricity. The power outage occurred at around 8, on Sunday morning and returned at 1 in the afternoon, with the EAC talking about a power outage due to heavy rainfall.
After receiving complaints from residents of the community, we contacted the EAC, which stated that the damage was due to the heavy rainfall that is observed while the issue will be investigated. According to a competent official of the EAC, the power outages may be due to problems or failures observed in neighboring communities, with which the electricity network of Avgorou is connected.
According to the residents of the Community, the phenomenon of power outages has always existed and is very common, while as they characteristically stated, "it is observed even with the first drizzle, causing great problems for businesses and households".
