Two cases of illegal employment and illegal employment emerged during checks on properties in the province of Famagusta.

The 23-year-old was summoned and presented at the local Police Station of Ayia Napa, where after being interrogated and accused in writing of the crime of illegal employment, he was released.

The 23-year-old's employer, as established by the tests carried out, is a 48-year-old man. A case of illegal employment is being investigated against him.

In another building in the province of Famagusta, specifically in a beer bar in Ayia Napa, during an inspection carried out by members of the OPE Famagusta, half an hour after midnight yesterday Thursday, a 28-year-old man, a citizen of a third country, a legal resident of Cyprus, was found working on the premises illegally, without permission from the competent Authority.

The 28-year-old was summoned and presented at the local Police Station of Ayia Napa, where after being interrogated and accused in writing of the crime of illegal employment, he was released.

The 28-year-old's employer is a 50-year-old man, against whom a case of illegal employment is being investigated.

The two cases are being investigated by the Ayia Napa Police Station.
