A competition was announced for the Construction of an Outdoor Amphitheater.

Several years after the announcement of the plan to create the Ayia Napa Municipal Amphitheater, I am pleased to announce that another project has been launched, as on Friday, June 3, the Municipality of Ayia Napa has announced an Open Tender for the award of a contract project entitled: "Erection of an Outdoor Amphitheater".

A project which in the middle of two years with huge financial difficulties for the Municipality, starts and takes the path of its implementation.

Another landmark day for the development of Ayia Napa.

An important step towards upgrading the infrastructure to encourage and enrich the culture of our country.

Those interested can obtain the relevant terms and instructions from the internet on the website www.eprocurement.gov.cy.
Tenders must be submitted in the electronic procurement system (eProcurement), at the tender site on the website www.eprocurement.gov.cy no later than 12.00m. of Friday 08 July 2022.

The unique design of the outdoor amphitheater aims to attract special forms of tourism, such as cultural tourism.

The amphitheater is to be built on the hill north of Ayia Napa, in a unique location overlooking Ayia Napa and of course the sea.

The amphitheater will have a capacity of 2500 seats, as well as culture rooms and will be able to host all types of events, from operas, to international concerts and theatrical performances.

At the same time, the Ayia Napa amphitheater will be open every day for tourists as an attraction, so they can enjoy the unique view it will offer.
