During the briefing of the Minister, special mention was made of the technology used for the construction of the project and the high specialization of the employees.

As Stavros Karamontanis pointed out, "the special approach, the attention to detail and the specialization of human resources, are the basis for the construction of the project of the Agia Napa Marina". He added that "the Napa Marina is a unique project for all of Europe, as the technology used to build both the marina and the rest of the space is innovative."

Referring to the efforts to attract foreign investors, Mr. Karamontanis pointed out that through a series of successful promotions, this important project has gained international fame, recording particular interest from potential buyers and investors. He also revealed that 55% of the Eastern Tower of the project has already been sold.

For his part, Mr. Lakkotrypis expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the project and added that the main goal for the upgrade of the tourist product of Cyprus is the development of Maritime Tourism through the creation of marinas and berths, such as that of Marina Agia. Napa, along the entire coastline of free Cyprus with the aim of attracting high tourism throughout the year.
