DERYNEIA: 47-year-old "flew" with 150 km on a road with a limit of 50 km

A 47-year-old woman is expected to appear before the Famagusta District Court this morning. who was arrested last night, when she was spotted by members of the Police, driving a car at a speed of 155 km, on a road in the province of Famagusta, where the speed limit is 50 km per hour.

The 47-year-old was driving her car on a road in the area of ​​Deryneia, around 9.50 on Tuesday night and was stopped by members of the Famagusta Traffic Police, who were conducting a traffic control in the area.

After the members of the Police arrested the 47-year-old for the self-inflicted offense of driving too fast, She was taken in her vehicle to the local Deryneia Police Station for further examination, after which she was taken into custody.

On Wednesday morning, the Police are expected to proceed with a registration for the immediate trial of the case by the District Court of Famagusta.
