The announcement of the Renaissance of Deryneia:
The Board of Directors of ANAGENNISIS Deryneia invites the members of the Association to the ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY, which will take place on Monday, May 31, 2021 at 8:00 pm, at the building of the Association.
The agenda will include:
1. ACTION REPORT OF THE OVERCOMING BOARD OF DIRECTORS
2. FINANCIAL REPORT BY THE AUDITORS.
3. DISCUSSION.
4. ELECTION OF A REFEREE COMMITTEE
5. ELECTION OF A NEW ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL
According to the article ARTICLE 11 "ADMINISTRATION"
1. Nominations are submitted in writing to the General Secretary or the president of the Association 48 hours before the General Assembly and are supported by two members with their assistance. Collaborations between candidates for combinations will be allowed and will appear separately on the ballot paper, which will be posted on the sign of the Association.
2. In the event that no nominations are submitted to the General Assembly, the Assembly may decide to accept nominations during it.
3. The number of members of the Board of Directors is 15 (fifteen) unless the General Meeting decides otherwise. Cannot be less than 11 (eleven) members.
Relevant forms will be available at the union building.
Members are kindly requested to arrange a membership fee in a timely manner.
