Evening and Divine Liturgy in Agia Marina in the dead zone of Deryneia today and tomorrow

Evening and Divine Liturgy in the chapel of Agia Marina located in the dead zone, next to the occupied beach of Deryneia, will be held today Monday 16 and tomorrow Tuesday 17 July.

A written statement from the Municipality of Deryneia states that "this year a permit has been obtained from the United Nations Peacekeeping Force for the operation of the chapel of Agia Marina located in the Dead Zone, next to the occupied beach of Deryneia".

Specifically, the Vespers will be celebrated at 7 pm.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, July 17, 2018, St. Marina's Day, the Divine Liturgy will begin at 06.30 in the morning, while the transition for pilgrimage will continue until 11:30.

According to the statement, "the transition to the Byzantine chapel will be done by private cars and pilgrims will be required to comply with the instructions of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force to avoid any inconvenience and to mark the smooth road to St. Marina."
