Sunnyseeker Hotels announces the signing of an agreement with G. Koumas & N. Spyrou Ltd, owner of the company under renovation The Blue Ivy Hotel and Suites in Protaras.
The agreement provides for the full management and completion of cooperation agreements with travel agents and representatives of the country and abroad for the sale and purchase of available beds in this hotel unit.
The duration of the agreement is five years.
The renovated hotel will be open on May 1, 2018 and will include 120 rooms, of which 30 suites.
At the same time, three restaurants, a cafe and two bars will meet the needs of visitors.
Members of Sunnyseeker Hotels are already The Princess Beach Hotel (4 stars), Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca (5 stars), The Ciao Stelio Deluxe Hotel, Gaia Sun n Blue Hotel, Sveltos Hotel (3 stars), and the Mikes Kanarium City Hotel.
