A presentation of the Police was made to foreign workers, who work in fields in Sotira for their safety.

Most of the foreigners were from Egypt and Nepal, so the presentation was made with the help of an interpreter, where the attendees were explained the importance of their personal safety during their movement, in the evening, while they were also informed about the causes of fatal road accidents. conflicts.

The presentation was made by the head of road safety of Famagusta province and we should note at this point that this is the first time that it is addressed to foreign workers, a fact that is very important for our province if one remembers the unpleasant incidents that occur from time to time.

At the end of the presentation, everyone was given phosphorescent vests, souvenirs and enlightening material in their mother tongue.

Present at the event were Mayor Sotiras George Takkas and the president of SEDIGEP Sotiras along with other members of the company and all agreed to organize other events in the short term.
