A serious traffic accident with a motorcyclist occurred shortly before 11 am on the A3 highway (Agia Napa – Rizoelia) despite the Sotiras exit.
According to the first information and under circumstances that are being investigated by the Police, a 52-year-old motorcyclist collided with a vehicle, as a result of which he was injured in various parts of his body.
The 52-year-old was transported by ambulance to the General Hospital of Famagusta where it was found that he has head and leg injuries.
He is undergoing surgery and his condition is considered serious.
