The 3rd lane of the Nicosia - Limassol highway was inaugurated

From the timely completion of the works, noted President Christofias, significant benefits emerge for the state, but also for the citizens.

Earlier, the Director of the Department of Public Works, Alekos Michailidis, in statements on RIK radio, said that this is a very important project, adding that traffic problems will be significantly reduced.

Every day, 63 thousand cars move on the Nicosia-Limassol highway from both directions.

He also said that due to the delivery of the project a year earlier, the company will receive a bonus of four million euros.
