The luxurious Marina which will put Ayia Napa on the map again will consist of two towers with one and four bedroom apartments, 29 villas and will accommodate 600 boats.

Speaking to Alpha, Stavros Karamontanis, shareholder of Makronisos Marina Ltd, spoke about the huge financial benefits from the creation of the project.
"There are already announcements for the creation of new hotel units, existing hotel units are being upgraded, the restaurants are the same and we are immediately seeing a mobility."
According to Stavros Karamontanis, the goal is to upgrade the tourist product offered by the area.

According to the shareholder of Marina Stavros Karamontani, by June 2019 the marina will be delivered together with the commercial zone while the towers and villas will be built at the same time. The schedule predicts that the first tower and mansions will be delivered in 2020 and the second tower in 2021.
