I sit at the desk and (do what I do) read. The TV is open as usual and plays Mad TV or Music TV. At the moment without knowing the song, I live and watch the video clip. At some point, the church of Agios Georgios in Paralimni appears in front of me. Yes true story !!! I think I didn't see it well and that it's from a lot of reading. After a while, however, the church of Agioi Anargyroi in Protaras appears. That's where I get my first cultural shock! What is Paralimni looking for in Eliza Doolittle's new video clip entitled "Walking on air"? Which great director had the brilliant idea to put scenes from Red Villages in the video clip? Well done! However, we suggest the humble but world-famous (apparently) Kokkinochoria to be awarded an Oscar, Grammy, MTV award or even a Mad award for the video clip of the year!
Else Doolittle (Kitskinochoria Kitsch (as a favorite journalist wrote earlier) but with a leading role in the video of our favorite singer now in the area - after Kyriakou Pelagia, of course - Eliza Doolittle. Note tomorrow morning after you leave Carrefour or Red, go all the way to get her CD. I don't care if you don't like her songs, we have to support the daughter who promotes our place.
Also, please let the mayor of Paralimni invite her to come in June to make Protaras happy because I learned that the girl comes from England and I don't think she wants to or can sunbathe under Big Ben.
In conclusion, let a Christian send a bag of zucchini and potatoes, 2 loaves of bread, some cashew strawberries and 3-4 kilos of halloumi to the amazing director!
