We present you a traditional Cornish recipe with lenten cups with mushrooms:
Ingredients:
50 vine leaves
For the filling:
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
1/4 cup tea olive oil
1 cup of glazed rice tea
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon dry grated mint
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
salt and pepper
For baking:
1/4 cup tea olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cups tea water
Wither the vine leaves in hot water.
For the filling, finely chop the mushrooms and onion and cook for a while with the olive oil. Remove from the heat and add the rice and lemon juice and spices. Mix well and fill the vine leaves.
Arrange them on the bottom of a saucepan and cover with a plate.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice and water and cook over medium heat for about half an hour.
