One month in prison for stealing an official mobile phone of TAE Famagusta

The Famagusta District Court sentenced a 32-year-old Bulgarian man, a permanent resident of Frenaros, to one month in prison after he was arrested after the police realized that he was in possession of a TAE Famagusta mobile phone.

The case concerns a theft that took place in 2014 during the detention of the Bulgarian for other offenses related to burglary in the area of ​​Famagusta.

The young man was brought before the District Court of Famagusta in Paralimni and after a hearing today he was sentenced to one month in prison. Shortly afterwards, he was transferred to Central Prison to serve his sentence.
