Specifically, he decided that "those who are interested in buying or building a house for their permanent installation in Deryneia, will be exempt from the Cleaning Tax and the Municipal Real Estate Tax for the specific property. Also, the exemptions from the Taxes will be valid for two years from their installation, while the two incentives will be applied throughout the term of the new Municipal Council, ie from 2017 until 2021 ".
It is added that "the goal of the remote and semi-occupied Municipality of Deryneia is the continuation of this policy, which has been implemented successfully since 2014 in cooperation with property owners and land development entrepreneurs."
