Significant investments by Iranian multimillionaire in Larnaca and Ayia Napa

According to exclusive information, the construction of a luxury four-star hotel -special character- of Iranian interests will soon begin in the center of Larnaca.

In fact, the Iranian multimillionaire investor is going to make two more large investments in Larnaca and one in Ayia Napa.

The mayor Andreas Louroutziatis expressed his joy for these pleasant developments in the investment sector of Larnaca, emphasizing that the city of Zenonas undoubtedly records the last period of impressive upgrade in the tourism sector, with benefits in the medium and long term.

The City Council, he added, recently approved the planning permission for the hotel of the Iranian investor, who seems to be proceeding directly and rapidly with the implementation of his large investment.

Relationship of the project with the Savior

The project will be supervised by the Architectural Office of Sotiris Agapiou, which will undertake the configuration of the park in the Self-Housing Settlement. Mr. Agapiou stated that the hotel will be built on a large unused piece of land, 50 meters south of the church of Agios Lazaros. The piece was bought by the investor for one million euros. The construction of the hotel will cost around five million euros and its equipment-furniture another two million. The hotel will be three-storey with 41 luxury rooms, while in its basement will be offered services that have all the luxury hotels in the world. Also, the Iranian investor hotel will have: Indoor and outdoor pool. Bar and "Roof-Garden Bar". In addition, its terrace will be used as a "plate-tavern".

According to Mr. Sotiris Agapiou, his Architectural Office, always in consultation with the Iranian investor, may next week announce bids to interested contractors for the construction of the project.

The investor's intention, he also stressed, is to start the construction work as soon as possible, suggesting that this may be done long before Christmas.

It is worth mentioning that in the last one or two years the Municipality of Larnaca as an Urban Planning Authority has approved seven urban planning permits for hotels - most of them for special hotels. Among them, however, are two applications for two luxury hotels, one in Finikoudes and one in the area of ​​the port of Larnaca.
