Survey: How many hours do we have to spend in front of the screen

In a world of screens and networks, teens benefit - and mentally - from spending up to four hours (or 257 minutes) a day in front of a computer screen.
For mobile phones, the daily limit is about two hours, for video games one hour and 40 minutes, while for TV three hours and 41 minutes.

 Practically, according to new estimates, this means that if a teenager spends up to 257 minutes a day in front of his computer, up to 117 minutes in front of his smartphone, up to 221 minutes in front of his TV and up to 100 minutes in front of his video games, there is no problem - it can even benefit.

But beyond these time limits, teens are now beginning to hurt themselves, gradually creating addiction or mental problems, according to a new British scientific study, which suggests that device use by young people is beneficial, but just needed subway.

 The researchers, led by Dr. Andrew Przibilski of the University of Oxford Internet Institute, who published the paper in the journal Psychological Science, according to the BBC and the British Telegraph, analyzed data on 120.000 15-year-olds.

The scientists said that parents should not be too worried when they see their children in front of a screen, as long as they do not "get stuck". As they say, connecting with the digital world improves adolescents' communication skills, creativity and development.
