Who is entitled to reductions in the EAC account

Thousands of our fellow citizens are entitled to reductions of 20% in the EAC account. However, the percentage of those who benefit from this reduction is very limited, despite the constant updates from the EAC and beyond.

Typical is the example of the beneficiaries in the pricing of 0.8. As stated by the EAC Spokeswoman Christina Papadopoulou, there is no response from the specific group of beneficiaries.

A typical example is that there are 17.5 thousand recipients of EEU who did not apply to the EAC for inclusion in this relevant discount group.

In detail, the teams that are entitled to a 20% discount on the EAC account

• Recipients of public aid (three and a half thousand consumers)

• Five-member families with 3 minor dependents whose annual gross income does not exceed 51,258 euros

• Large families (three thousand)

It is also important to note that as of December 1, the EAC includes the following vulnerable groups in the list of beneficiaries who receive a discount.

• People with multiple sclerosis

• Kidney dialysis patients
