A truck driver who is said to be an eyewitness to the pursuit that led to the 16-year-old being seriously injured by police fire, testified earlier to the first regular investigator of Thessaloniki handling the case.
So far it is not known if he is one of the three witnesses included in the case file. Information states that he testified about the course followed by the car driven by the minor Roma, before he was shot by the police officer of the DIAS team. His testimony lasted about half an hour.
Earlier, the family of the 16-year-old, through their lawyer, filed a request for an expert opinion on the footage from the security cameras that recorded the chase. This material is in the case file.
