A shocking video shows the moment when bystanders beat a man, who he tried to strangle his partner in a public fountain in Spain.
According to Spanish media, the 52-year-old man, whose identity has not been released, facing now charged with attempted murder.
In particular, the man was cooling off with his partner in a fountain in a Spanish city, last Tuesday, when a passer-by offered to take their picture. The passerby then stole the man's cell phone and ran away.
