Some of the embassy tweets were deleted from the platform on Thursday for violating the site's rules.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said earlier that Ukrainian forces had taken over the hospital, while the Kremlin said clear facts needed to be confirmed.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who has accused Russia of committing genocide, said today that three people, including a child, had been killed in an airstrike on a Mariupol hospital yesterday.
