The Chinese rocket landed near the Indian Ocean

The Chinese Long March rocket landed on Earth, with space services reporting that it had landed in the Indian Ocean.

In particular, some remnants of the rocket fell into the Indian Ocean, as most of it was destroyed when it re-entered the Earth's atmosphere.

Parts of the Great Course 5B rocket re-entered the atmosphere at 10:24 a.m. Beijing time (05:24 Greek time) and fell in a location with coordinates of longitude 72,47 degrees east and latitude 2,65 degrees north, the Chinese Bureau of Manned Space Engineering announced, according to state-run Chinese media.

The coordinates show that the point of impact is in the ocean somewhere southwest of India and Sri Lanka.
